Since dapat duduk bilik free, hati kitaorg berbunga2 bila sampai perkarangan Tune Hotel Danga Bay tuh.... Nice ambiance.... Beautiful interior and exterior design....
MALANG nye..... hati yang berbunga-bunga tadi, terus terbakar bile nak check-in!!!! We all have been informed that bilik kitaorg dah diambil.... Ya, memang we all tahu yang Emmat sewa 4 bilik, 2 bilik dia bagik kat member dia sorang lagik and the rest 2 dia bagi we all.... Ingatkan aku nak bagik parents aku 1 bilik, nasib baik la depa tak jadik nak ikut..... So, the hotel staff dah bagi all the rooms to another friend of Pakcik Emmat..... Sepatutnye staff hotel tak leh bagik suke2 jer bilik-bilik tuh even though booked under one name...!!! They should request confirmation letter or at least confirmation number.... Sebab Emmat dah bagik we all masing2 nye confirmation numbers..... It's a Standard Hotel's Procedure ma!!!!!
Yang kawan si Emmat tuh memang la tamak.... yang dia pergi amik semua bilik2 tuh without thinking about us.... Ape punye orang la!!! BUT still we are blamming the HOTEL!!!! sebab tak ikut procedure....
Hubby aku dh hangin satu badan... Dia jarang nak marah2... Biasanye dia cool jer, aku yg hangin... Tapi since dia dh hangin waktu tuh, aku cool jer la... Kesian gak tgk staff2 tuh... Tapi dalam cool2 aku, sempat jugak aku bg ceramah pasal INTERNAL CONTROL... Maklum lah... Auditor... Hehehe..... Lantak ko la paham ke idak, yg penting ko tau apa procedure yang patut ko kena ikut upon check-in... Tu nasib baik jer aku malas nak panggil manager.... Kalau tak, manager dia aku sekolahkan pasal internal control....
Then, bile semua settled (after tunggu si mangkuk yang amik kunci kitaorg tu datang...), we all masuk la bilik... Bilik ok la... Cantik walaupun sempit... Standard bilik hotel budget... Nasib baik kakak nie selalu jer sewa budget hotel.....
After one hour we all kt bilik tuh, we all perasan bilik air tak de air.... Mak aih!!!! Telepon kt bilik dh la tak de... So, call la front desk pakai hp.... Tak angkat....!!! Nak tak nak, aku turun la ke bawah (lobby) sbb hubby aku dh berasap..... Depa cadangkan we all pindah bilik... Arissa dh tido waktu tuh... Hm.... Nak tak nak, angkut la barang2 and si comey Arissa from bilik level 5 ke bilik level 4.... Apa ke malang la nasib kitaorg arituh....
Keesokan pagi nye pula, bilik we all dimasuki air!!!! Nasib baik tak kena beg baju we all.... Hm.. Rupa2nya aircond corridor kt luar bilik kitaorg tuh bocor.... Haiyo!!!!! Tension giler!!!! Hm... Tune Hotel... Tune Hotel.... Patut la nama ko Tune Hotel... Sbb nak banyak sangat nak kena 'tune'kan.....
To Tune Hotel Management: Walaupun, we know that this hotel sangat baru dibuka, but it is not a strong reason or excuse..... Make sure you are ready to serve customers at the BEST level....

Even though overnite charges nye murah (we nye charges dalam RM23 per night), but we only got the basic hotel facilities... so, we all tambah air-cond for 12 hours and TV which cost us RM13.62 and RM10.59 respectively. Still consider murah??? Not yet my friends..... towel, toiletries, hairdryey, internet connection, semua kena bayar ok??? so.... I believe ade lagik Hotel yang lagik murah dah lebih lengkap.....
